Nationwide Delivery

Studio Red Interiors delivers furniture across Pakistan. Delivery within Lahore is complimentary. For deliveries outside Lahore, delivery charges are calculated based on the destination and order requirements and are borne by the client. Any delivery charges will be communicated and approved prior to dispatch.

Curbside Delivery, Placement & Installation

Unless otherwise confirmed in writing, delivery is curbside only, to the nearest safe and accessible ground level point outside your property. Carrying pieces inside, unpacking, placement, assembly and installation are not included in standard delivery.

These services are available on request before delivery, at an additional charge confirmed in advance. Any special handling requirements, including difficult access, stair carrying, crane lifting, or additional manpower, should be communicated at the time of order placement.

Site Access & Delivery Requirements

It is the client's responsibility to ensure that all furniture items can be safely transported through entrances, corridors, staircases, elevators, and other access points in their original packaging. Product dimensions are provided during the design and approval process.

Studio Red Interiors shall not be held liable if furniture cannot be moved into the intended space due to site access restrictions or insufficient clearances. Any additional costs arising from such circumstances will be borne by the client.

Inspection at Delivery

Please inspect every piece at the time of delivery, before signing the delivery receipt. Any issue must be reported to our delivery team, recorded on the delivery receipt, and photographed and sent to us by WhatsApp or email at that time. Pieces accepted without an issue being reported are considered delivered complete and in good condition.

Returns, Exchanges & Defects

As every piece is made specifically for you, you may cancel your order for a full refund within 48 hours of your advance payment. Once those 48 hours have passed, your order stands confirmed, and no refunds, adjustments, exchanges or replacements are offered, whether before or after delivery.

Where an issue reported at delivery is confirmed as a manufacturing fault or damage in transit, Studio Red Interiors will collect the piece and return it to our Lahore atelier, where our craftsmen will restore it to its intended standard at no additional cost before redelivering it to you. Studio Red Interiors does not provide a warranty after delivery.

Should any unforeseen delay occur, Studio Red Interiors will keep clients informed and provide updated delivery schedules accordingly.

Material & Fabric Availability

The availability of fabrics, veneers, stones, metals, and other materials is subject to supplier stock and market conditions. While Studio Red Interiors endeavors to maintain accurate availability information, certain materials may become unavailable without prior notice.

In such instances, we reserve the right to recommend alternative materials of comparable quality, appearance, and value, subject to client approval.

Custom-Made Furniture & Bespoke Orders

All furniture and interior products manufactured by Studio Red Interiors are custom-made and produced specifically to each client's approved specifications.

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 48 hours of advance payment. Once those 48 hours have passed, the order stands confirmed, and custom-made and bespoke items are strictly non-refundable, non-cancellable, non-exchangeable and non-returnable, whether before or after delivery. Clients are advised to carefully review all dimensions, finishes, materials, fabrics, drawings, and specifications prior to approving their order.

Product Appearance & Material Variations

Studio Red Interiors makes every effort to ensure that product images accurately represent the design, materials, finishes, and colours of our furniture. However, actual product colours and finishes may vary slightly from those displayed on your screen.

Variations may occur due to differences in monitor settings, mobile device displays, screen calibration, photography lighting conditions, and individual colour perception. Accordingly, Studio Red Interiors cannot guarantee that the colours viewed online will precisely match the finished product.

As many of our pieces are crafted using natural materials, including solid wood, veneers, natural stone, leather, and fabrics, inherent variations in grain patterns, texture, colour, and character should be expected and appreciated as part of their authenticity and beauty.

Wood grain patterns naturally differ from tree to tree and even within the same timber slab. As a result, no two furniture pieces will be identical. Similarly, hand-applied stains, polishes, finishes, and upholstery fabrics may exhibit slight tonal variations.

All Studio Red Interiors furniture is handcrafted by skilled artisans, making each piece unique. These natural and artisanal variations are not defects but rather characteristics that contribute to the individuality and exclusivity of each product.

While we endeavour to achieve the closest possible match to approved samples and specifications, exact replication of colours, wood grains, polish tones, and fabric shades cannot be guaranteed.

Due to the artisanal nature of our work and the use of natural materials, each piece is unique and may feature subtle variations in wood grain, texture, finish, and character. These distinctions are a hallmark of authentic craftsmanship and contribute to the individuality of every product.

Care & Maintenance

To preserve the beauty and longevity of your furniture, we recommend dusting regularly with a soft, clean cotton cloth, following the natural grain of the wood using gentle circular motions.

To maintain the integrity of the finish, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, excessive moisture, extreme temperatures, sudden changes in humidity, and harsh chemicals.

For routine cleaning, use only a soft damp cloth to spot-clean hard and woven surfaces. Abrasive cleaners, solvents, and chemical-based cleaning products should never be used, as they may damage the finish or material surface.

We recommend the use of coasters, trivets, placemats, or protective pads beneath hot, cold, or wet items to prevent marks and surface damage. Any spills or moisture should be wiped away immediately to protect the furniture's finish.

Finish & Colour Variations

While Studio Red Interiors strives to accurately represent product finishes and polish tones through photography, variations may occur due to differences in screen settings, device displays, lighting conditions, and individual colour perception.
