These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Studio Red Interiors website at www.studioredinteriors.org and any interior design services, consultations, or bespoke furniture orders placed with us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Studio Red Interiors provides luxury interior design consultation, project execution, and bespoke, made-to-order furniture through our Signature Pieces collection. Designs, renderings, and imagery shown on this website are representative and may vary slightly from the final delivered piece due to the handcrafted nature of our work.
Estimates provided through our website or during consultations are indicative only. A final, itemised quotation is issued after an in-person or virtual consultation and confirmation of scope, materials, and finishes.
Signature Pieces are handcrafted to order in our Lahore atelier. Because each piece is made specifically for you, minor variations in wood grain, upholstery, and finish are natural and do not constitute a defect. Lead times are estimates and may vary based on material availability and order complexity.
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 48 hours of advance payment. Once those 48 hours have passed, the order stands confirmed. From that point, no refunds, adjustments, exchanges or replacements are offered, whether before or after delivery. Please see our Refund Policy.
Unless otherwise confirmed in writing, delivery is curbside only. Carrying pieces inside, placement, assembly and installation are not included, and are available on request at an additional charge confirmed in advance. Delivery is complimentary within Lahore. Delivery to other cities is charged, and the charge is confirmed with the client before dispatch. Pieces must be inspected at delivery, and any issue reported and photographed at that time. Responsibility for loss or damage passes to the client when the order is delivered to the agreed delivery point. Full details are in our Delivery & Installation Policy.
All designs, drawings, renderings, photography, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Studio Red Interiors and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without our prior written consent.
Studio Red Interiors is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable Pakistani law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Each order is governed by the version of these Terms in force when that order was placed.
